＜概要／目的＞

The most important things to do prior to an exchange program are to prepare and plan. This exchange program was held in Tokyo Metropolitan University (Japan). The aim of this activity was organized to facilitate exchange students from University of Seoul (UOS) to Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU), based on exchange programs between both Universities.

＜方法／企画としての特徴＞
In order to implement the activity smoothly, the plan was prepared to all information related pick up and drop off, to make sure we get all the documents needed, for example, flight detail of exchange students (which terminal they’ll be arriving at, check the status of their flight before we leave for the airport), transportation cards (Pasmo cards, Suica cards), date and time for heading to the airport by which station is proper way to take as well as housing information of exchange students. In addition, we created hold up signs at the airport with the name like: “Welcome to Japan, UOS students”.

＜活動内容／具体的成果＞
To achieve the goal of this activity according to the planned, we arrive at Haneda Airport around at 10:20 am, on Thursday 17th 2022, based on the UOS student's flight no. OZ 1045 ASIANA AIRLINES (Terminal 3). While waiting at the airport, Suica cards and bus tickets were bought for using for transportations. The exchange students arrived at the meeting point at 11:46 AM, we then met and introduced ourselves to each other, and then headed to the bus station to TMU to register exchange students at the Biological Science Office.  Finally, we headed to the Hashimoto to drop the exchange students at the Hotel for 30 minutes, then we all went to the welcome party at the Minamiosawa. We learned a lot from this activity, we all discussed it when we first met in the airport and everyone enjoyed it. From these experiences it is better to stay in a place where you can get new experience for planning or organizing as well as meet new people and make friends with them.

＜感想／課題など（企画力／評価力／自主性等の向上を含む）＞
We did enjoy and learn so much from this program, especially in the beginning when we planned together and everyone enjoyed when they first met the exchange students in the airport, even when some exchange student missed his flight. However, this problem was solved smoothly. This activity has effectively demonstrated that the activity was according to the planned and successful on time.
