＜概要／目的＞
The purpose of this program is to strengthen the relationship between two greater universities, Tokyo Metropolitan University and the University of Seoul through the Academic activity “Bio-conference TMU-UOS” program. This program is a satisfying program to enhance the knowledge of students from both universities in science research, culture, and technology.
＜方法／企画としての特徴＞
in order to hold the program's success, we have planned to pick up and drop off the UOS student from the departure of Haneda Airport driven by Limousine bus to Minami Osawa Station. We documented each activity that was probably important to report. In addition, we also communicated with the supervisor for every condition and development of UOS students.
＜活動内容／具体的成果＞
The Pickup activity was held on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 at Haneda University. Nine of the ten UOS students were picked up and driven to Minami Osawa. Almost two hours (12:25 – 14:21) drive by Limousine Bus from Haneda airport to Minami Osawa station. In addition, we were a lunchtime after arriving in Minami Osawa and then all UOS Students went to Campus Building 8 to report and fill out some necessary documents. After we finished all university requirements, we drop off them at the hotel in Hashimoto to check in for a stay of 5 days. In the night we went together to a welcome party around Minami Osawa station

＜感想／課題など（企画力／評価力／自主性等の向上を含む）＞
All activity of pickup UOS Students was successful, even though one of the UOS students changed the flight schedule at a different time however it was still not a big problem.
Furthermore, in order to enhance the capability of this program, we hope in the next bio-conference TMU-UOS 2023 the information about the flight and the changed schedule was already obtained before the student came to Japan, thus we can be arranged for every additional case.
