＜概要／目的＞
This activity was done as a way to end the research exchange with a relaxed activity where the UOS and TMU students can have fun and build friendships before separating.

＜方法／企画としての特徴＞
For this farewell party, the method involved are as follows: (1) planning of venue, (2) planning of food and drinks, (3) shopping and preparation, (4) actual event, (5) clean-up.
Unlike the welcome party, we decided to host the farewell party in my house so that we can save more money and be able spend more time with each other. In order to make this happen, we decided the budget and planned the menu. We then bought ingredients and drinks, prepared food from the weekend, and had a nice party after the Bioconference on Monday. We then cleaned up the house afterwards.

＜活動内容／具体的成果＞
In the farewell party, having already spent quite some time with everyone, the people were very casual and warm with each other. We were able to have nice conversations about random things, enjoy food and drinks, cheer on little stuff, and exchange SNS details. The party was a good conclusion after all the academic events finished, and everyone left the party feeling like we had a nice time with each other and we hope to see each other again.

＜感想／課題など（企画力／評価力／自主性等の向上を含む）＞
With the limited budget (and space), I think everything worked out in the end, and everyone got home safely afterwards. It was a good decision to have the party in a home since during the welcome party, we ran out of time in the izakaya so we felt like we had to send everyone home too early. With the farewell party, we didn’t want to separate because we were having fun, but it was a good five hours of eating and drinking at that point, which is something we could only do by having it in the house.


ソフィアさんがフィリピンの料理、田がやきそばパンや日本のお弁当料理をテーマに作った。想像以上にUOSの学生が飲むのが好きだったため、買った材料は殆ど使わなかったけれどみな喜んでもらえたのでOKだったと思います。（材料はソフィアさんたちが買ってくれました）
