＜概要／目的＞
UOS-TMU exchange program provides us with an opportunity to study and live in different educational and cultural environment for one week. It assists us to develop the knowledge and skills and positive relationships with others.

1. Use Dual-Luciferase Reporter Assay to monitor the activity of Wnt signal transduction pathways in cultured cells. (2/16~2/18)

＜活動内容／具体的成果＞
Experiment process:
Hela cells were transfected with LEF/TCF reporter, negative control and positive control.(2/16)
After 24 hours of transfection, cells were treated with recombinant mouse Wnt3a protein (mWnt3a) for 18 hours.(2/17)
Promoter activity values are expressed as arbitrary units using a Renilla reporter for internal normalization by Dual Luciferase assay.(2/18)

＜感想／課題など（企画力／評価力／自主性等の向上を含む）＞
Taking part in the exchange program was one of the best experiences in my life. This program helps me to understand the Korean reality, their diverse culture and history. I think, the great experience I get in Korea will be very useful for me because I saw a lot of interesting things and met a lot smart and interesting student, with whom I'd like to save the relationship. I am really enjoying this academic exchange and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to study other country culture.
